What QBee does
A visitor asks a question at 11 at night. QBee answers it from what you gave it, shows where the answer came from, and takes their details if they want a call.
Upload brochures, prospectuses and policies, or point QBee at your website. Every answer names its source.
Fees, results, room rates and prices live in simple tables you edit. Change a number and the next answer uses it.
A few taps collect a name, a phone number and what they want. The enquiry reaches your inbox, a Google Sheet or your CRM.
Visitors can talk to it in the browser and hear the answer. No app and no phone number needed.
English, Hindi and Telugu to start. It answers in the language the visitor used.
When someone has been reading your fees or your rooms, a short message offers help with exactly that.
Watch conversations as they happen and take one over. The visitor sees your name; QBee waits until you hand back.
One setup serves your website and your WhatsApp Business number, with the same knowledge and the same rules.
When the answer is not in your content, QBee says so and offers to take an enquiry. The question lands in a list for you; add the answer once and it is answered from then on.
